I knew her back when I was looking for a place to rent in Santa Barbara County mid 2020 and I personally reached out to her when I decided I want to buy a house in 2021. My home purchase journey took a little more than a year, and Stephanie was very helpful and super patient throughout the entire process. I had so many questions right off the bat and I did not even know what type of home I would want while I was also picky giving it my dream home and wanted to stay within my budget. I have to say it was stressful but it was the right amount of stress because of Stephanie and her diligent work. She always made herself available for my questions and even when she did not know the answers, she would get back to me as soon as she did. She is very flexible and always worked around my work/personal schedule for the showtimes. She is also super organized and always kept me up to date on what is new on the market.
