I have lived in Goleta/Santa Barbara for 35 years and have known Stephanie and her family for over 30 years. When my wife and I started looking for a new home there was no doubt we were going to use Stephanie Rachford. I have only known her to be honest and straight forward. She goes over and above the call of duty when it comes to communication day or night to make sure everything is working and moving forward. She is hard working and is always available to respond to our needs. Stephanie kept calm and collected even in stressful situations. If she didn’t have an answer for a question she found the answers using her local connections and solving problems. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a place to call home.
