Stephanie Rachford was recommended to us by two different people and she was
the perfect realtor for our family. From start to finish she guided me through every
step of the process and was excellent at keeping in touch. Because I was selling
my parents’ home and I lived out of town, Stephanie did a lot to support me. She
arranged all the appointments for inspectors, repair people, cleaners, stagers, etc. as
well as running beautiful open houses. When it came time to review offers and
make decisions she helped me through that as well. It can be a very stressful time
but Stephanie’s kind and calming nature was exactly what I needed after my
